Event Description:
Mandatory vendor meetings will be held to go over all the details of the 2023 Home Expo. It is very important that you attend one of the meetings so you know what is expected and allowed. The Bank of Springfield Center has rules that are enforced, and we need to make sure everyone is aware of those rules.
Meetings will be a hybrid format - you can come to office OR join virtually. Please invite anyone who will be setting up your booth and/or working your booth to join.
Click REGISTER (to the right) and select the date/time you will attend.
Virtual Vendor meetings will be held on the following dates/times:
Wednesday, February 1st at 5:00 pm
Thursday, February 2nd at 8:00 am
Tuesday, February 7th at 11:30 am
You will need to check in at the SAHBA information booth when you arrive for set up to obtain your vendor passes.
Posters are available at the SAHBA office as well as yard signs (please don't put these out until February 13th as they say "Home Expo this weekend"), vendor passes and parking passes. You can stop by Monday through Friday, through February 13th, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to pick them up. February 14th through the 17th they can be picked up at the Bank of Springfield Center.
