Mandatory vendor meetings will be held to go over all the details of the 2022 Home Expo. It is very important that you attend one of the meetings so you know what is expected and allowed. The Bank of Springfield Center has rules that are enforced, and we need to make sure everyone is aware of those rules.
Due to time constraints and Covid-19, these meetings will be held virtually. Please invite anyone who will be setting up your booth and/or working your booth to join.

Virtual Vendor meetings will be held on the following dates/times:
Friday, January 21st at 8:00 am
Tuesday, January 25th at 11:30 am
Thursday, January 27th at 5:00 pm
You will need to check in at the SAHBA information booth when you arrive for set up to obtain your vendor passes.
Posters are available at the SAHBA office as well as yard signs (please don't put these out until January 31st as they say "Home Expo this weekend"), vendor passes and parking passes. You can stop by Monday through Friday, through January 31st, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to pick them up. February 1st through the 4th they can be picked up at the Bank of Springfield Center.

Please be sure to download the vendor packet and share this information with everyone who will be setting up your booth and working at the booth.
Please review the vendor list to get your move in date/time, and check if you have electric. If you need electric and it is not listed, please let us know BEFORE you arrive to set up. If electric is added on-site, there will be a higher charge.
