Come join us for our Lego® Contests at the Illinois State Fair!!
Calling all Lego enthusiasts! Get ready to unleash your creativity and showcase your building skills at the SAHBA Lego Contest during the Illinois State Fair. Compete for fantastic prizes and immerse yourself in a day filled with excitement, friendly competition, and unforgettable memories. Don't miss this chance to be part of a thrilling event that celebrates talent, innovation, and the joy of building with Lego bricks. Mark your calendars and join us for an experience like no other!.
2 Open Competitions - 10:30am and 12:00pm
Three Age Groups - ** 5 to 8 ** 9 to 12 ** 13 to 17 **
Prizes will be awarded for each age group!
Contestants will be asked to build a Creative Lego "Dream House" in 30 minutes, with judging to follow. The Lego kits will be provided. And there is no cost to participate (just pay for entry into the Fair). Hope to see you there!
Pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended and will guarantee your spot. Walk-ins will only be taken if there are open spots. If you register and need to cancel, please email melissa@springfieldareahba.com
If you are pre-registered, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the contest.
Please note: A Third CHAMPIONSHIP round will be at 1:30 for the winners from the Menard, Morgan, Logan, And Sangamon County Fairs.
